USING DZLOGGY
Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use DZLoggy to upload, stream, analyse or share DayZ server logs. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy.
Your account and server data
Provide accurate account details and keep your password, API keys and sharing keys secure. You are responsible for the access you grant to other people. Use the service only for servers and data you are authorised to manage, and give players any notices required for the logging you enable.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You allow DZLoggy to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service and make it available to the people you authorise.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harass people, distribute malicious content, access another person’s private data without permission, evade account limits, or disrupt the service. Do not upload passwords, private API keys or unrelated sensitive information into log files or support attachments.
Plans and availability
The pricing page describes available plans, features and limits. Plus and Pro subscriptions are billed yearly in US dollars through Stripe. First-time subscribers receive one fourteen-day free trial per account, with a payment method required. At the end of the trial, the yearly subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout unless canceled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial or current paid period; failed payments may suspend paid access.
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or security incidents. Features and limits can change; the applicable plan information will be updated when they do. Contact support if a change affects an existing paid arrangement.
Logs, retention and investigations
DZLoggy is an analysis tool, not a permanent backup. Keep your own copies of important logs. Raw storage may roll over under the plan’s retention and storage limits, and searchable history may be limited. Archiving data and deleting an account are different actions.
Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the logs received. Missing events, server configuration, delayed processing and clock differences can affect an investigation. Check the source evidence before making moderation decisions.
Access restrictions and ending use
Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, protect other users or respond to a legal requirement. You can stop using the service and request account deletion through your profile. Contact support to resolve access issues or questions about retained data.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Subject to those rights, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or that every log will produce complete results.
Third-party services and changes
DayZ, Steam, mods and other third-party services are provided by their respective owners. DZLoggy is an independent service. External services may have their own terms and availability limits.
